🤝 **Jointly visited and followed up at the homes of 10 elderly and dependent persons, presenting adult diapers and absorbent underpads to support hygiene care and daily living of dependent persons, as well as promoting the quality of life of service recipients

This operation is part of the **Long Term Care (LTC) public health system for the elderly and dependent persons**, emphasizing continuous care according to the problems and needs of each individual, through integrated cooperation between **local administrative organizations, health service units, public health personnel, local council members, and VHVs** to ensure that the elderly and dependent persons receive appropriate care and have a good quality of life🌿
