Putting Nong Chim on the Map

You can't visit a place you can't find, and you can't shop at a store you don't know about. Right now most of Nong Chim isn't on any map. The noodle shop everybody loves, the lady who sells silk, plenty more like that. Locals keep all of it in their heads. Visitors don't have that, both Thai from other places and also foreigners. The plan is to put every place and business in Nong Chim on one map, then give the map away, printed and online.

The online part already exists. NongChim.com has a live map with pins for businesses, listings, stories, and now community ideas. Every business page is free, so there's nothing new to build. Someone just has to walk the village street by street with a phone and keep going until every shop, temple, school, and repair guy has a pin. While you're standing there, hand the owner their free page and printed QR code flyer. A couple of students could finish it in a few weekends, and by the end they'd know the town better than anyone.

The paper version is at least as important. A lot of visitors, and a lot of grandmas, won't open a website. Print one folded sheet in Thai, English, and Chinese, free, stacked at the 7-Eleven counter, the district office, the market, and any future homestay.

There's nothing to approve and no budget to wait on. Paper, walking, and a website that's already built.
