at the annual Bun Bang Fai tradition in 2026

I made the signs myself
We only have beauty queens ☺️
We have pha thung, we have accessories
Brought fabric rolls to cut sabai, cut jong kraben ourselves
Had fathers in the community sew the edges for us, matched the accessories, the flowers for hair were arranged with black drop 🤣
The equipment is mine too
It's from Sanya Cafe, nothing was rented at all

But my children were so beautiful, the outfits were so beautiful, everyone complimented them

💖 I want to compliment myself for dressing the beauty queens myself
I'm so delighted and proud that I got to dress them in the theme I wanted

🍀 Recently mothers came to ask to buy pha thung next, saying they really like them, so beautiful, yes indeed!

A brief history of Bun Bang Fai: it is an important tradition of the Northeast (Isan) region of Thailand, held to worship Phaya Thaen (the god of rain) and to ask for rain to fall in season, which will bring abundance to agricultural crops

🍀 Origin of the Bun Bang Fai tradition
Legend says that villagers believe if the rice-growing season arrives and there is no rocket launching to offer to Phaya Thaen, Phaya Thaen will not make rain fall. Thus the tradition of launching rockets arose as worship and showing faith, and also as a gathering of the community to create unity

This is considered a good activity and experience, doing it for our hometown, for our community, continuing our customs and traditions 🙏
